Established to preserve and enhance property values and future development for the Merry Lake Community, the Building Advisory Committee works together with homeowners to ensure their construction project is in keeping with the regulations outlined by the Merry Lake Property Association  Restrictions and By Laws.

 

With an approval process in place, homeowners are protected from costly mistakes that could result in court ordered injunctions, that would require the immediate stop or tear down of construction and potential liens placed on the property for attorney/court related fees in obtaining an injunction.
